Happy Monday!!! It’s September!!!! Bring on the crisp air!
Mike and I celebrated our anniversary this weekend (the photo quality is so bad from 2011!). We had Sofia’s favorite sitter come over for a few hours while we went to an early bird dinner. We went to Yunta in the city – it’s a Peruvian Japanese fusion restaurant. The food was unreal, very light, very flavorful, you order tapas style and the drinks – I had the passionfruit margarita (I usually only get bubbly!) and it was perfection!!! We were home by 7 and in bed by 8 hahaha
Sunday was cheer then Sofia and I ran to the antique store while Mike was on the couch watching football, we scored some beautiful crystal pieces. I will have them listed in the shop this week. They are the perfect touch of luxe to your home decor (a heavy bottom crystal votive holder and crystal picture frame).
Here’s what we’re cooking this week!
MONDAY: chopped nuggets over salad (Sofia gets nuggets, mac + cheese and green beans)
TUESDAY: cajun baked cod, rice and broccoli
WEDNESDAY: salmon w/ tzatziki, potato wedges, french beans
THURSDAY: sheet pan greek chicken bowls
FRIDAY: out
