Stop Thinking and Start Doing

We have all been there, you know, when you don’t want to do something but know that it will help push you to the next level?

It helps if you remind yourself all of the reasons you had this goal to begin with

…and then commit

And clear out any negative beliefs

*i’m a HUGE advocate to great physical health + mental health. Work on this #1 and the rest of your goals will fall into place much easier!

Make the dr’s appts, get a therapist if needed, get your body moving in whatever way feels best for you, look up recipes that will provide maximum nutrition (80/20 rule here! You don’t need to go all in), research supplements you’re feeling called to etc
