Hope you had a nice weekend and hope your week is off to a great start! I went to my first trial class yesterday at Pure Barre and immediately signed up for the unlimited membership. I LOVED IT! There was no sense of competition (at least at this gym!) and I was able to do all of the exercises…and I worked out in a full face of makeup with minimal sweat 😉 … today I did the barre class with weights and was drenchedddd, glad they offer a variety of sweat levels!
Saturday, Sofia had a cheer team bonding event at a local farm. We walked around, rode the hayride, picked pumpkins + ate funnel cakes! It was hot out but still a vibey time.
Oh! I almost forgot – hahaha – Mike took us golfing on Friday evening. You can imagine the level of sh*t show we were. Sofia was flipping on the course, I was talking while he was tee’ing off. Needless to say, Mike informed us that we would never be invited again.
Sunday we were back to cheer. Laundry. Meal planning. And I watched a few episodes of Sweet Magnolia’s, I finished Virgin River and was told this is a must watch if I loved that! I’m on Season 2 and LOVE it. These feel good shows really impact my mood, I’ve felt uplifted!

MONDAY: spaghetti + meat sauce w/ salad
TUESDAY: slow cooker beef stroganoff w/ noddles
WEDNESDAY: salmon, mashed potatoes + french beans
THURSDAY: garlic shrimp, rice + broccoli
FRIDAY: out
