Ok, so hi guys! It’s been a LONG time since I’ve written a blog post. If you have followed me for a while, you may remember “Hello Newlywed Life,” it feels like ages ago.
I truly miss sharing recipes + life with you all. Now that I’m back, I’d also like to share mindset tips that have helped pull me out of mental hell (hi, postpartum anxiety!)
A lot has changed since we last spoke or you may know from keeping up on Insta (@megawat)
Ok let’s do a quick run down:
- we moved to south Florida to be closer to my family
- I healed my postpartum anxiety with help from a coach, therapist + doctor
- I started a coaching business, helping women go from chaos to clarity through using simple daily routines to live a life they love – basically I hold their hand and help them go from a sh*t show to a more enjoyable life 😉
- we traveled a bunch: Italy, Aruba, Paris and began working on campaigns with various hotel chains *you can expect a few travel guides soon
- I have a new niece, Lily!
- Oh, we got a new car – that was such a fun one. Mike’s car was like 20yrs old, so it feels really amazing to drive something new
- I have read probably 60+ self-help/spiritual books since we last spoke
- The natural stone jewelry business, DolceAve, is still a thing but on the backburner for the time being
That’s it for now. To be honest, it feels kind of strange to be on the internet sharing bits of myself again. There’s always the fear of “will people relate!?” “why am I even doing this?” “what if someone is mean!?” but I’m about to be 35yrs old, there comes a time when you just don’t give a damn anymore. And that time is now.
