Happy Monday, Happy December!!!

We are in full on cheer mode over here. Sofia has another competition this weekend, it’s a big one! This entire week we have cheer every day except one, and the one day off is already filled with an appt. Kind of takes the fun out of the holidays but we’ve been squeezing in bits of Christmas where we can like jamming to Christmas music in the car (Holly station on XM is a good one!), buying every peppermint treat + lighting the Christmas tree scented candles.
Our tree has been up for a few weeks and this weekend I finally finished the garland/stockings going up the stairs. Now that those things are checked off I needed to figure out what we were doing for outdoor decor. I opted for a very simple traditional vibe. We’re doing fresh wreaths with red bows on the windows and grabbed these automatic battery operated candles. Excited to see how it turns out!

MONDAY: teriyaki shrimp, rice + broccoli
TUESDAY: simple crockpot chicken over diced sweet potatoes, crispy Brussels with bacon + pomegranate on top
WEDNESDAY: baked salmon, roasted baby potatoes + asparagus
THURSDAY: fried egg + avocado sandwiches with bacon + fruit
FRIDAY: out
