Our weekend flew by! Mike was out of town on a guy’s trip so it was just Sofia + I, we LOVE our girls weekends. We usually keep it super chill: read, watch shows, walk Vinny, give her a blowout and curl her hair, pickup up dinner to-go, relax together all day + night!!!
We made it to the movies for the first time in forever on Saturday – glad to see the prices are still the same, ha! Have you seen the new Dumbledore movie? It was good! And the popcorn, oh my gosh – ask for them to layer it (my Dad taught us this trick!)!!!
Then Sunday we went exploring around the lake + grabbed Italian ice (I had blue vanilla + fudgesicle), we finished the weekend off with a big pot of pasta + red sauce!!!
AH! We became official North Carolina residents last week, it took a few trips to the DMV but we got it done! I do miss my FL orange license plate already 🙂
Ok and another house update – WE HAVE A ROOF! It looks like a legit house now. Hoping they keep this pace going and maybe just maybe we can move in ahead of schedule. Hey, putting it out there into the universe! 😉
